This membership is billed in full at the time of purchase and covers a 12-month period from the purchase date. Included services, facials, discounts, and rollover sessions must be used within that 12-month window unless otherwise agreed in writing. Transferable Guest Passes are limited to the quantity listed in this package and may only be used for a guest you bring to your own scheduled appointment, or gifted to a new, first-time client. Gift-able facial add-ons are limited to the quantity listed in this package and may only be redeemed by a new, first-time client. Facial discounts apply to the purchaser and to any guest they bring to that same appointment. All other percentage-off perks for guests apply only when the guest's appointment is booked at the same time as the purchaser's appointment. A Roll Over Session gives the purchaser one additional month to use a session they were unable to schedule that month. Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person except where a Transferable Guest Pass or gift-able facial perk is explicitly included above. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before a scheduled appointment count as one used session under this membership — see the Cancellation policy for full details.

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment. Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows inside 48 hours will count as one used session from your 12-month membership, regardless of whether the appointment took place.
