Before You Book
Your first visit begins with a brief consultation and scalp analysis. We’ll discuss your concerns and adjust your treatment accordingly. Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early.
A head spa is a dedicated, multi-step scalp treatment — not a quick rinse. It includes scalp analysis, exfoliation, targeted treatment products, pressure point massage, and a full cleansing ritual.
We do not recommend treatments for clients with tape-in, glue-in, or fusion extensions, as water and manipulation may loosen them. Clip-in extensions are fine to remove before your appointment.
For optimal results, we recommend every 2–4 weeks. Many clients find a monthly visit is their sweet spot for maintaining scalp health and hair quality long-term.
We recommend waiting at least 72 hours after any color, bleach, or chemical service before booking a head spa.
